The Power Maxx Revolving Pressdown Bar can be used for a variety of exercises such as tricep pushdowns (close grip – V Bar style and wide grip), bicep curl (close and wide grip), seated rows, etc.

The bar is made out of solid steel with a chrome finish, and knurling which extends throughout almost the entire bar to provide you with better grip.
