Elbow Sleeve Use & Sizing
The Spud Elbow Sleeves can also be beneficial for general lifting if you are experiencing some elbow pain. The compression offered by the sleeves will improve the blood flow to your elbows. In winter it will warm up the joint quicker.
Choosing sizing is pretty simple. Just reference the attached sizing chart. If you are on the border for sizing just follow this simple principle. If you want to use the sleeves for all your lifting – you like a bit of compression to warm up the joint – then get the bigger one. You will move more freely.
If you are going to use your Spud Elbow Sleeves for heavy pressing then get the tighter ones. They will be a bit tighter. Plus they might be harder to get on. But they will really shine when you are trying to increase your bench press record.
