The Spud Inc PRO Series Strongman Belt is a time tested support belt which became a number one choice for many of the World’s Strongest Men.
It is manufactured in the US of A out of durable 5″ wide nylon strap. The strap is folded three times and then sewn together with nylon threads to make sure that it says put even during the heaviest loads.
Even though this 3-ply belt is quite thick it is still fairly flexible. This means that there is no wear in period – something you would struggle with leather belts.
But the most useful feature of this belt is the industrial rachet used for adjustment of the belt. It allows you to choose how much pressure/support you want from your belt for a specific exercise, whether it may be squats, deadlifts or a yoke carry.
It is just as simple to release the tension as it is to tighten it. All you need to do is press the the black knob located in the middle of the ratchet and rock the lever back.
