Spud Monster Multi Strap

You have seen how handy the other Spud Inc straps are in the gym, and the Monster Multi Strap is no exception. All Spud straps are heavy-duty, so you can hitch them up to almost any piece of gym equipment and perform variations of your favourite exercises. The Monster Multi Strap was added to the range so you could do moves that required a longer strap than what was previously available.

You can use them for Zerchers and Good Mornings, either using a barbell or chain.

The straps are as strong as chains but can be hitched on your gym equipment without worrying about ruining your grips and paintwork.
