The TriGrips Long Handles feature contoured handles, which not only provides you with the best possible grip, but also does wonders when it comes to comfort.
At 120cm, the handles are about twice as long as your standard triceps rope. The downside of a shorter triceps rope, is that it will create internal shoulder rotation when you will try to extend your arms fully.
The extra-long Tri-Grips allow you to achieve the peak contraction of your triceps without forcing your shoulders to round up.
Besides triceps pushdowns, this rope can also be used for: face pulls, rear-delt cable fly’s, hammer biceps curls, overhead triceps extensions from both high and low pulley as well as front cable raises.
