Sold Individually

We got these wide lat pulldown bars in to add some variety to our lat training. The wider grip means you handle less weight, but your lats get isolated to the extreme.

This bar is made out of solid steel and has knurling on the straight and curved sections. This gives you a variety of grips.

It is also great for doing wide grip rows off the low pulley.
