Another great innovation from Ironmaster, you can now turn your Ironmaster Super Bench into an Olympic or Narrow Bench Press. This is yet another addition to the already long list of innovations for the Ironmaster Super Bench making it the ultimate bench for home gyms.

You will need the Ironmaster Dumbbell Spotting Stands and you just remove the dumbbell saddles. Place in the barbell attachment uprights, tighten and then bench press. The Ironmaster Barbell Attachment is tested and rated to 350lbs or 155kg.

You can also use the Ironmaster barbell attachment with shorter bars, just swing the uprights inwards. The adjustability of the Ironmaster Super Bench will allow you to do flat bench press, incline press, and shoulder press. Unfortunately, you can not use it for squats as you need to have the Super Bench in place for stability.
