  1. Unique conic shape moulds to your palm, reducing the stress on your wrist and putting more focus on the muscle.
  2. Grooved surface increases the grip surface, allowing you to hold onto the handle when the weight becomes heavy.
  3. The disk-like ends will stop your hand from slipping.
  4. The durable nylon strap allows you to change the angle of the grip while training. You can vary it based on your joint mobility or to target different muscles.
  5. The conically shaped thick grips feature a diameter of 49mm – 63mm.
