Added Convenience
Honestly you don’t really need 2 pairs of j-cups – I trained for ages with just one pair. These gravity lock j-cups take bugger all time to move between positions. Plus it gives you a breather between exercises. If money is tight then they are definitely something you can live without.

Somehow we ended up with two right side Megatec j-cups that were discontinued. So I thought I would use them on my power rack as they couldn’t be sold. They were handy to have. Say if I was doing barbell squats, and I was going to do military press next, I could start setting up the military press prior to my last set of squats.

Probably only saved me a minute or two, but it was handy. If you were time poor or a fan of supersets, and extra pair of j cups can come in handy.
