Convert your ATX 600 series power cage or squat rack to multi function leverage gym with the 3D Roller Jammer Arms. Although not cheap, their quality and functionality are hard to beat. For example try and find a free motion converging arc seated chest press – this exercise alone would pay for the Jammers and the power rack.
