If you are one of the lucky owners of the ATX® Power Rack, you can attach a high and low Lat Machine Option to your Power Cage and expand the variation of exercises you can perform on it.

Don’t be fooled by the simple design. Similar single runner style pulldowns offered on cheaper power cages are garbage. They bind under heavy loads. Ironmaster have been using square single and dual rail systems for years. They are some of the smoothest systems around.

ATX® have used the same system they employed on their smith cable racks. This arrangement was not only super smooth, but bullet proof. They used custom insert sleeves that can handle heavy weight for years. The ATX® 520 Lat Option running gear has been put through it’s paces and passed with flying colours.

Minimalist Design

German engineers never cease to amaze. By developing the weight carriage system discussed above, they are able to use 60mm x 60mm structural steel as the guide rail – the same that is used in the uprights on their 620 Power Racks. By polishing it, the upright not only provides structure, but a super smooth system for the weight carriage.

You get an extremely solid Power Rack System at a very affordable price – no costly materials are used for aesthetics or poor design features. Everything on this lat tower serves a purpose or dual purposes.

Please note, the guide rail will come without any lubrication (for easier and safer assembly). It is recommended to use 3-in-One Multipurpose Oil Lubricant for optimum performance. If you are planning on using other lubricants, make sure that they are not petroleum-based ones, as they can damage the rubber parts on this machine.

Inclusions

This Lat Pulldown Option comes with footrests. They are manufactured out of thick steel sheets and come with raised ridges to prevent your feet from slipping when you are smashing your personal best on cable seated rows.

With this Lat Pulldown you will also receive three carabiners and an extension chain.
