The ATX Neck Trainer Add On is a great option if you are looking to build and strengthen your neck muscles. Neck Harnesses are great and will build neck strength. However they are a limited in terms of variety. The Neck Trainer Add on lets you train your neck with more variety all without messing up your hair!

Designed for the 500, 600, 700 & 800 series ATX power racks, the Neck Trainer attaches via a threaded stud. You can secure it in place with a custom knob that can be tightened by hand. So it is dead easy to get on and off.
