ATX® Competition Powerlifting Barbell

The arrival of the ATX® Competition Powerlifting Barbell has truly shaken the market. The ATX® Original Ram Power Bar has been my favourite for a long time, and it’s no surprise it is the most popular Elite Bar to leave our warehouse. But its days as my favourite are numbered.

  1. Deep knurling: RGE 30 – 1.5 mm for the best possible grip.
  2. IPF grip markings – 810mm.
  3. Olympic Sleeves with self-lubricating copper bushings.
  4. Extremely high tensile strength – 230K (one of the stiffest bars on the market!).
  5. Competition standard 29mm grip thickness.

Precision Matters for a Powerlifting Barbell

This barbell is designed and engineered for the strongest people in the world. Where athletes are squeezing everything out of their bodies.

The Industry standard 810mm grip width markings and 29mm thick grip conforms to powerlifting competition standards.

The ATX® Competition Powerlifting Barbell has a tiny weight deviation of approximately +/- 20g.

Durability and looks

The abrasion-resistant nickel-phosphor coating means you can use this barbell even in the toughest environment.

An 800kg load rating makes this barbell one of the most durable bars for sale. Its stiffness is perfect for any heavy lifts, but if you’re used to the whippy weightlifting bars you might be in for a shock.

Although quality materials are important, looks should never be forgotten. German engineers have decided to encapsulate the barbell ends with an aluminium ATX® logo, making it really look the part.
