The Fat Bar’s Many Uses
For those fellow disciples of bodybuilding legend Dave Draper, you would be very familiar with his use of 2″ or thick bar training. Not just for grip, but because it was a lot more comfortable if you were experiencing some tendinitis. So in this instance, the thick bar was also used for pressing movements.
