The ATX PRX Monolift Attachment is a lightweight yet robust companion for those who enjoy training alone but still want all the benefits of training with a monolift.

Its compact and lightweight design will preserve your energy and joints by allowing you to easily adjust the height between exercises.

Monolift training is not exactly new. People have been reaping the benefits of Monolift training for quite some time now. They allow you to place yourself in the perfect position, without having to either take a step back or guide the barbell into the right path before commencing the lift.

The unracking is by far the most awkward part of barbell training, and by eliminating this movement you’ll be able to save your joints and energy for the big lifts.

How do they work?

The spring operated J-Hooks cause the monolift to swing forward as soon as weight is placed on them, and swing back as soon as the weight is removed. This puts the barbell in the perfect position and gives you ample room to perform your lifts without having to fear hitting the J-Cups on your way up.

The Monolift comes with rubber insulators that absorb shock and dampen noise once the J-Hook swings back.

Compatibility

Please Note: These ATX PRX Monolifts are designed for the ATX PRX 600, 700, 800 Power Racks and Cages. If you want to use them on a different brand Squat Rack or Cage, make sure that it has the following Dimensions:

Upright Width: 60 mm – 80 mm.

Centre distance between the holes – 50 mm.

Internal Hole Diameter – 21 mm.
