I am so glad I talked myself into this purchase. My cable machine has you doing low rows on the floor and I thought that was okay but I figured a bit of padding and a little height couldn’t hurt, but I wasn’t sure if it was totally necessary. I read all the US reviews on this ATX seat and the general message was to get one because it makes a big difference. I wanted to leave this AUS review to say it’s true. The seat is super solid, doesn’t move, has just the right padding and the little bit of height off the floor makes a huge difference in the exercise. I can easily clear my legs and knees now. This might look like a gadget that will sit in the corner of the gym but it’s not. If your low row station has you sitting on the floor, get one of these. You won’t regret it.
