The ATX-SPO-500 Spotter Arms will give you the confidence to go for that extra rep on 500 series ATX rack. Training by yourself without safety spotters is not advisable at the best of times. But when you are pushing near to the limits, they are a must.  

Key Features 

  • Made from 40 x 40mm steel tube with 3mm wall thickness. Reinforced with 6mm plates.  
  • Rated for 200kgs. 360mm in length. 
  • Gravity lock system – easy to take on and off. You will have no excuse not to use them. 
  • 12mm thick rubber strip to protect your barbell.

When done correctly, weight training is not only perfectly safe, but it has also so many health benefits. Unless you are training for serious competition, there is no point to training recklessly. Taking an unnecessary risk could keep you out of the gym for months. Utilising safety spotters is really a no brainer.
