ATX® Training Weightlifting Bar

The ATX® Training Weightlifting Bar has been specifically designed for CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting training enthusiasts.

  1. Tensile Strength – at 165 K PSI this barbell offers excellent whip.
  2. Bushings – this barbell features a combination of bearings with precision brass bushings for smooth sleeve rotation.
  3. Fine knurling – provides great grip and does not rip your calluses apart like the Powerlifting Bars.
  4. Weight Load Capacity – this bar features 500 kgs weight load capacity thanks to refined special steel according to EN 10277-5.
  5. Competition Standard– the ATX® Training Weightlifting Bar features IWF knurl markings (91cm), 28 mm grip diameter and centre knurl.
  6. Nickel Phosphorous-Chrome Coating – for excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance.

The ATX® Training Weightlifting Bar features a 2200 mm length, 1310 mm center knurl, 28 mm diameter, 20 kg weight, needle bearings, a tensile strength of 165,000 PSI, standard knurling, and comes with a 5-year warranty.

Weight Load Capacity

The weight load capacity varies between exercises due to the relevant load support of the different exercises. Squats are the lowest at 300kg because the load is only supported in the centre of the bar by your shoulders. Conversely, when you bench press your hands are spaced wider than the other lifts. This means there is less strain on the bar.
