The ATX® Wall Bar Gym or Swedish Ladder is an exceptionally compact and versatile piece of gym equipment. ATX have included an adjustable bench with the Wall Bar Gym. This creates many exercise options. Additionally, it features a built-in chin-up bar. This allows you to perform even more exercises on your Swedish Ladder.

Swedish Ladder Features:

The ATX® Wall Bar Gym is shown with an adjustable weight bench featuring a black padded seat. It includes an angle-altering mechanism indicated by a curved double-headed arrow and a red knob for adjustments on the metal frame.

Adjustable Bench

You can attach the bench at varying heights. Combined with the adjustable support foot, there’s plenty of room to get creative.

The ATX® Wall Bar Gym is a black wall-mounted workout station with a pull-up bar, dip bars, and padded backrest. Its sturdy design supports exercises like pull-ups and dips, making it perfect for versatile home gyms.

Chin Up Bar

No Swedish Ladder would be complete without a chin-up bar. The integrated chin-up bar is 30mm thick and sits 43.5 cm from the wall, giving you plenty of room to perform pull-ups.

The ATX® Wall Bar Gym, also known as the Swedish Ladder, is a compact and versatile gym equipment.

Users can purchase optional dip handles for additional exercises, featuring a simple mounting system.
Note that the Swedish Ladder arrives disassembled and mounting bolts are not included, as they depend on the installation surface.

Please note: We deliver your Swedish Ladder disassembled – it comes flat packed. We do not include mounting bolts, as the type you need depends on the surface you plan to mount it on.
