These Olympic Colour Coded plates are perfect for any trainer training out of their garage gym or a small studio. The thicker design provides great shock absorbing properties as well as noise reduction thanks to the increased impact surface area.

While their thickness might be a deterrent to some lever gym owners, it is worth noting that you will still be able to fit a fair amount of weight on their weight horns. If you own an ATX® Triplex or ATX® Lever Arm Multi Press, you will comfortably fit 3 x 20 kg bumper plates on each weight horn which will be plentiful for even advanced weight trainers.

The plate has a 450mm (IWF standard) diameter and a width of 90mm.
