Seated shoulder press and triceps extensions are one of the best exercises when it comes to building stronger deltoids and triceps. Downside is that they are not the most comfortable exercises to perform without back support. While it is possible to do them on an incline bench, your movement is somewhat limited by the extended pad.

Ironmaster has introducted a Seated Press Pad, which fits all Super Bench models. It allows you to convert your already versatile bench, into a Utility bench!

Features of the Ironmaster Seated Press Pad:

  1. Offers Mid and Lower Back support for Overhead Movements
  2. Gives your upper back and neck much needed freedom when training with a barbell.
  3. The Pad has been reclined by 5 degrees. This places you into a more natural position.
  4. Rated for 600 lbs!
  5. Pad Sits ~53 cm above the backrest pad and around 25 cm forward from the end of the bench.
  6. Pad Dimensions – Thickness – 7.5 cm, Width – ~27cm, Height – ~46 cm.
