It’s a tedious endeavour and it’s easy to start slacking – you might perform the lift with the perfect form but what about your form when loading the bar?

Love this thing! I’ve been struggling with the bumper plates for a while and this mini jack is a game changer. Yeah, it’s one of those things you probably buy once you have everything else but that’s where I’m at and once you have one, you’ll wonder how you did without it. It stores on its end so I have it tucked into a corner and it basically takes up no real space at all.
