As the name suggests the ATX® Ab Crunch Attachment has been designed to be your ultimate abdominal muscle training accessory. Perform Abdominal Crunches, Russian twists, Laying Leg Raises and decline work with utmost comfort!
It allows you to securely anchor yourself to an ATX® multi bench bench via the front tube adapter. This becomes really handy when you start either increasing the resistance via weighted balls or even weight plates.
If you don’t fancy using wall balls or medicine balls during weighted crunches, you can increase/decrease the resistance by changing the angle of the ATX® Multi Bench (Flat to Decline).
One of the often overlooked features of the ATX Core Training Attachment is that it can be used for decline exercises such as decline dumbbell fly’s, decline dumbbell press or even decline barbell press. It allows you to securely anchor yourself to the bench and the fact that the attachment can be detached means that it will not interfere with other exercises or take up your gym space.
