Subtle Features

Isolateral training is a must for anyone who is looking to take their workouts to the next level. They offer safety and stability as well as an opportunity to isolate a specific muscle group without putting any excess pressure on your joints.

German Engineers put their time and effort into designing what turned out to be the ultimate power rack attachment.

Besides a high load rating, smooth ball bearings and three different grip positions, these lever arms offer more than anyone could bargain for.

The maximum grip width of 102cm makes them suitable for trainers of all shapes and sizes.

If you aren’t looking to adjust the jammer arms, and wish to keep them in a fixed position, you can bolt them down to the rack.

To make your ATX® Lever Arms even more versatile, you will be getting a pair of resistance band pegs and resistance band adapters with the attachment.

Additional Information

PLEASE NOTE: To use these jammer arms inside a rack the internal depth of the rack has to be more than 110cm. (ATX-PRX-820 & ATX-PRX-840)

ATX® Jammer Arms are designed for racks with 80mm x 80mm uprights and 21mm holes.
