Additional Information
Some may scoff at the 125kg weight stack, thinking they lift way more in the gym. Some confuse pounds with kilos. Others are not aware of mechanical advantage – the arrangement of pulleys can make the load lighter. With a 1:1 ratio, 70kgs is 70kgs, and many a person who can supposedly lat pull over 100kgs are struggling with 70kgs.
The ATX® 750 Lat Option has it’s structural components mainly manufactured in 70mm x 70mm steel with 3mm thick walls. This will give your Lat Option complete rigidity as the stack is moving up and down the 20mm solid steel guide rails.
For heavy lat pulldowns, you adjust the leg locking system to the correct height for your body so that you can exert max effort. Likewise for cable rows, the ergonomically shaped footplates will allow you to fully counter the force you are applying as you build the back from hell.

IMPORTANT: If you already own an ATX® HRX 750 Half Rack, and want to attach this Lat Tower Option, you will need this adaptor to connect it to the machine. NOTE: This is only necessary if you are adding the lat tower separately. The Half Rack Systems are packaged with the Lat Tower Adaptor. Power Cages do not require an adaptor.
