Leg day can get a bit monotonous when you have limited leg machines at your disposal. If you already own, or looking at purchasing an ATX smith machine, the ATX Vertical Leg Press Option is a great way to add some variety. Made from quality components it docks easily onto your ATX Smith Bar.
