The ATX Smith Row Machine had me licking my lips. Bent over rows on a smith machine is a highly underrated exercise in my opinion. Smith Rows are starting to appear in gyms more often these days, but ATX have made their version stand out from the pack.

ATX offers not only a straight knurled grip. But also adjustable width handles that rotate 360 degrees. This will allow you target the back with many variations. But that is not all. You can mount the rear footplate and bend over the pivoting chest support pad. Your back will now be massacred by multiple supported row variations.
