The ATX Parallel Handle Grip is designed for heavy T-bar rows with a parallel hand position. It has been designed specifically for use with an Olympic barbell, so you can build a barbell-based rowing setup without a dedicated T-bar row machine.
Slide the handle onto a conventional barbell with a 50 mm plate-loading sleeve and use a suitable landmine or barbell hinge for the pivoting setup. The knurled grips help you hold on through your heavier sets.

Slides onto conventional barbells with 50 mm plate-loading sleeves.

A handle rated for loads of up to 400 kg.

A close parallel hand position for your T-bar rows.

Textured grips for a secure hold during your sets.

A compact heavy-duty metal handle built for loaded rows.

Certified to EN 20957 I.II.IV Class S for studio use.
The 280 mm measurement is the overall width, not a specified centre-to-centre grip spacing. The drawing shows the overall dimensions in millimetres.

The ATX handle lets you make use of your Olympic barbell and weight plates for parallel-grip T-bar rows. It is a practical addition when you want another rowing option without adding a full-sized machine.
Use a suitable barbell hinge or landmine and set the load to suit your training. The 400 kg rating is for the handle and does not increase the permitted load of the barbell, pivot or supporting equipment.

The sleeve slides onto a 50 mm Olympic barbell loading sleeve. The parallel handles give you a close rowing position, while the knurling provides a textured surface to hold.
A barbell hinge or landmine, barbell and weight plates are separate items. Check the setup and clearances before use rather than treating the handle as a complete rowing machine.
