No! The Eisenlink Dumbbell Design is based on the old Ironmaster Quick Change design, that was sold to Hoist. Why are the Ironmaster Dumbbells so Expensive?
We always get questions why are Ironmaster dumbbells so expensive? Well there are quite a few reasons for that.
Number one being special alloy being used in manufacturing the screws.
“We use a special alloy steel for the shaft – high carbon content, heat-treated with an extra-cost process,” he explained. “It’s threaded into the handle, and that treatment boosts thread life and overall durability.” It’s a choice you might not notice when you buy, but it pays off big. “After 10 years of training, substandard materials would wear out,” Matt said. “These are built to last – long enough to hand down to your kids when you’re too old to lift.” To get there, Ironmaster developed custom tooling for machining, thread-cutting, and welding. “We’ve honed it over time,” he added. “Today, they’re significantly better than 20 years ago.”
Number two is the precision required when manufacturing the plates.
This focus on compact, durable design is why Matt ditched those early dimpled plates long ago. “It’s a concept that looks similar on paper,” he said, referencing competitors’ bulkier builds, “but the experience isn’t as good.” For Ironmaster, it’s about the whole package – precision engineering, user-friendly size, and a commitment to quality that outlasts the competition. “We’ll be around longer than those taking shortcuts,

Absolute quality dumbbells.
Solid construction, no rattling, look amazing, grip extremely perfect knurling.
Was worried changing weights would be slightly annoying but surprisingly fast … and satisfying (might just be me)
At first length of grip ( quite long compared to normal ) felt a bit strange but quickly got used to it. May get the add-on that addresses this.

Loving them. Solid build quality and very quick to change. Might not be as quick as the interlock ones but thread is on one plane so you’re never more than half a turn before quickly pulling out the pin and changing it.
Difference is the solid build quality that sets this apart.
Handles are OK. Not as long as what I’ve seen reviewed on YouTube but not too short it becomes imbalanced. Solid in feel. Can walk into the shop at Banksmeadow to get a proper feel for them.

Amazing product, impressed with the manufacturing quality. It will last forever. Nice grippy handles. I have found and printer some Ironmaster weight chart for dumbbell and kettlebell to help with calculating between set.
The customer service from Sam’s fitness is second to none. They took their time over the phone to understand where I was at and explain the system and how they can work between dumbbell and kettlebell, very friendly. I believe it was Sam.
