The older I get the more I use these rehab/prehab devices like this fabric loop band. This is heavy resistance and perfect for those who want to activate their glutes and external abductors.  

Some days when I am sitting in front of the computer, my hips get tight and then my knees will hurt when I train. So this fabric loop band is perfect for sliding above my knees and doing some bodyweight squats.
