XL Pad length is 112 cm (44″) long with a 17 cm (6.5″) width. *GENERALLY fits individuals weighing 136–181 kg (300–400 lbs) with a larger waist and stomach area.

Large Pad length is 91 cm (36″) long with a 17 cm (6.5″) width. *GENERALLY fits most individuals up to 125 kg (275 lbs).

Small Pad length is 41 cm (16″) long with a 10 cm (4″) width. *GENERALLY made for smaller athletes/women/children, 54 kg (120 lbs) and below. 7 adjustment loops spaced 5 cm (2″) apart.
