Detailed Product Description
ATX® Half Rack 810
ATX® Commercial Half Rack has been extremely popular between Commercial Gym and Elite powerlifters throughout the years. The reason being is that it provided exceptional stability and high weight load capacity without breaking the bank.
The new, redesigned version features improved stability and even higher weight load capacity than the previous generation.
- Certified for Commercial Use by European Standards – EN 20957 I.II.IV – S.
- Supremely high weight load capacity – 1000 kgs (total).
- Laser Cut hole markings.
- 5-Year Manufacturer’s warranty.
- High base weight – 91 kgs anchor the rack to the floor.
It is truly fascinating how people spend their hard-earned money on the sturdiest power cage, just so they could train outside of it. The only justifiable reason is that they are feeling a tad too claustrophobic training inside of it.
ATX® PRX-800 Half Rack will allow you to train without any constrains. It is designed for the world’s strongest athletes and would be overkill even for most of the gyms in Australia.
I am sure you’ve seen a video of racks tipping over when the user would either re-rack the barbell or drop it on the spotter’s arms. To prevent this from happening, German Engineers extended the overall depth of the Squat Rack to 180 cm. But the deep base alone is not enough to provide a safe rack for the world’s strongest to train on.
That is there the additional changes from the previous version comes in. One of them being support brackets in the corners of the rack.
These support brackets alongside 8 mm thick upright reinforcement plates, further solidify the rack, making it exceptionally stable.
The biggest change would probably be the switch from M14 hardware into High Tensile strength M20 hardware. It is difficult to understand the reasoning why 20 mm thick bolts, normally used in industrial applications ended up holding ATX® Half Rack together.
If the overall construction and a genuine commercial certificate did not sway your opinion about ATX® superiority in the gym equipment market, perhaps the list of optional attachments will.
As of right now, ATX® have approx. 30 various power cage attachments, ranging from mono lifts and jammers to mobility rollers and wrist trainers.
Each of them has been manufactured to the highest quality standards.
