What exercises can be performed with the ATX Lateral Raise Attachment?

Side Delt Raise, Rear Delt Fly, Single Front Shoulder raise. You could also perform pec flys, if you would set the weight horns the other way around.

What Power Racks can it be used on?

It has been designed for ATX Racks Series 500/600/700. But could also work with racks which feature 50-70 mm uprights, 21 mm inner hole diameter and 50 mm hole spacing.

    What a great attachment. Recently added this to my gym due to wanting a plate loaded option vs dumbbells. Due to ATX’s super simple but very effective Pin and locking nub design allows this attachment to even fit my older 800 series half rack.
    Compared to Dumbbells the load profile on this attachment is far more balanced across the entire Range of motion, with the ability to alter the weight profile my changing the position of the plate holders if you wish.
    Super compact as well, only takes 30 seconds to remove it after use and store on the back of my rack.
