ATX® Plastic Gym Rings

Even if you’re not planning on going to the Olympics, gym rings can still have a place in your training. If you’ve ever trained with gym rings you know that they add a unique twist to common exercises such as chin-ups and pushups, where the range of motion is limited to your flexibility.

Training with gym rings is guaranteed to build your stamina, grip strength, coordination and upper body stability, and the best part is they barely take up any room – just attach them to a ceiling or any anchor point and you’re good to go.
