You don’t have to be a powerlifting enthusiast to reap the benefits of the roller J-Hooks. They allow you to perfectly position the barbell.

While they may not be a gamechanger for squats, they are a must-have for bench or shoulder press. If the bar is not in the perfect pressing position, your shoulder stabilizer muscles are overloaded by trying to bring the barbell to the correct path.

Manufactured using 10mm solid sheet steel.

Nylon insulators to protect the paintwork of your rack.
Quick-adjustment knob will allow you to change the height in seconds.
The durable nylon roller features centring groove so the barbell would always be in the correct position.
20mm thick main locking bolt with a 20mm thick locking pin to prevent the J-Hook from sliding around.
The J-Cup comes with a 15mm thick rubber strip to reduce the noise and protect the bars knurling when racking.
Suitable for Rack and Cages with 50-80mm Uprights and 21mm Inner Hole Diameter (ATX® 500, 600, 700, 800 Series Cages and Racks).
