The ATX Leverage Bench Press Machine will not only be your new push day favourite. You can do leverage shoulder press, incline, decline and flat bench press. But if you want to work your back, it has some amazing rowing movements too. If that is not enough variety, it also accepts the ATX bench attachments too.

Aside from the variety, the ATX Leverage Bench Press Machine performs these movements to perfection. The unilateral arms will isolate your chest more than a similar barbell movement. Both the arms and bench are easily adjustable allowing you to get in the right position for all exercises.

Not just a Leverage Bench Press Machine

The ATX® Leverage Bench Press Machine will take your chest and shoulder, triceps and even back workouts to the next level. The leverage movement will isolate your pecs and delts in a completely different fashion to both dumbbells and barbells. Since you don’t need to stabilise, you can really focus on fatiguing the target muscle.

If you train alone, this is a much better option than a barbell bench press as you can push to failure without having to worry about getting trapped under the bar. The start-stop mechanism is the ultimate form of safety, and with 11 positions spaced 50mm apart, you can always find the position that best suits you.

The best bonus is that you can drop the lever arms to the lowest position and do:

  • barbell rows.
  • one-arm rows.
  • prone rows.
  • shrugs.

If that is not enough variety, you can add any of the optional attachments which will turn your leverage bench press into a complete home gym!

    Fantastic product. Ordered this a couple of months back now and have zero regrets. It’s a great alternative / variety to more standard dumbbell and barbell movements. Super smooth movement, endless options, and build quality is great.

    It’s my 3rd bit of ATX gear (not including a bench) so I’m a bit of a convert, but the quality is really up there so it’s easy to keep coming back and getting ‘just one more piece for the gym’.
