The ATX Pec Fly Attachment is the easy way to add some much needed variety to your chest day. After doing your one millionth dumbbell fly you might be looking for a bit of a change up. The beauty of the ATX Pec Fly Attachment is that it is the perfect variation for dumbbell flys.

When you do dumbbell pec flys the resistance is minimal at the top of the range. This is where you really need it most. ATX have designed the pec fly attachment so the resistance peaks at the contraction point. Although this movement may look the same as flys, it feels quite different.

And not just when you are doing the exercise – but the muscle soreness the next day. It will hurt parts of your chest you never knew you had before!

Thanks again guys, this attachment is awesome. The way ATX have engineered this pec fly it has resistance the whole way through the movement, amazing squeeze at the top. I prefer it to a lot of pin load machines. It’s more compact than you’d think with its fold up ability.

It’s also not a one trick pony. You can do a press/fly type movement or use like an old school pec deck. Stand over the bench and you can do a wide row or shrugs, then sit across your bench and use 1 handle for bicep curls/reverse curls. Great bit of kit!!

Amazing attachment from ATX. The resistance curve is spot on. Feels so much better than dumbbbells and is better on the shoulders. You will feel this in the chest with very little weight. I was on the fence for a while but so glad I bought it. Flys have gone from my dreaded exercise to one of my favourites. Couldn’t be happier.
