If your are tight on space in your gym whether it be your home or studio. You need to look for equipment that takes up little space while still being functional. The Ironmaster Dip Handles gives you one of the best upper body exercises in the most innovative way.

By docking in your Ironmaster bench, the actual attachment takes up next to no space. While in use, it will feel just as good as a commercial dip station.

Dip Handles Just Like Dip Station

The Ironmaster Dip Handles for the Ironmaster Super Bench is a great way to incorporate dips into your routine without the need for a standalone machine like a Power Tower.

The attachment simply slides into the spine of the super bench and is locked in place with a pull pin. There are 3 height positions between 127cm and 133cm from the floor.

The handles are angled from 50 to 62.5cm wide. The heavy-duty rubber grips are comfortable and allow you to get a firm hold which is important when you are supporting your body weight and more. They are rated for 158kg.

You can also reverse the Ironmaster dip handles and do leg raises and knee raises.

When you are planning out your gym and you are choosing your adjustable gym bench you need to plan ahead. Dips are one exercise that are great for most trainers. Including them in your workouts is not essential but extremely valuable.

If you don’t have space in your plans for a power rack then you can’t use a power rack dip attachment. Alternatively if don’t have wall space or suitable walls, then wall mounted dip handles are out.

In these circumstances it is worth investing in one of the Super Benches.
