The ATX® Jammer Arms B4 can convert your half rack or power cage into a fully functional lever gym. Its lightweight design allows you to change the position of the arms in seconds. It will take you a few workouts to dial in your correct set up positions. However, once you are sorted they will add so many quality exercises to your repertoire.

This latest generation design is a marked improvement on the previous version. Don’t get me wrong the old ones did the job. The subtle tweaks ATX made will give you a leverage experience that will feel like machines more than ten times the price!

These days there are plenty of fancy jammer arms on the market. ATX have some of the most innovative in the world. They really are great to train with but they aren’t cheap. You are hearing it from me – if you tight on money just forget about them. For the money these are just amazing value.

The pressing exercises are great and the number of variations is huge. However I am a garbage bencher – give me a good back exercise any day. The rowing exercises on these B4 Jammers are incredible. ATX make some great back machines these days, but for your home gym or studio, these will give so many QUALITY options.
