How Do You Perform Ab Crunch or Decline Bench Press

The Ab Crunch does have a different configuration to other designs. So the correct way to do decline bench press or ab crunches on the ATX-MBX-520, ATX-MBX-650 & ATX-MBX-660 might be confusing.
