This bar is great for squats, good mornings and is commonly used by strongmen. It puts less pressure on your elbows and shoulders meaning you can focus more on your quads when you squat. Any seasoned lifter will know how beneficial this is as they are nearly always carrying some sort of shoulder niggle or injury.
