Frequently Asked Questions:

What’s Included?

Base Rack, J-Hooks, Spotter Arms, Triceps Rope, Ankle Cuff, 2 x High Quality Stirrup Handles, 3 x Carabiners, 2 x Bar/Attachment Storage Hooks. SOLD SEPARATELY: barbell, weights, bench, resistance bands and other bits not listed above.

Do I need to Mount it to the Floor?

The unit is freestanding, thanks to the deadlift platform at the front the unit is virtually tip proof so you can load it up!

Is it difficult to assemble?

For a cable machine the build is quite straightforward. The frame will go together rather quickly and the cable path is not overly complicated. Quick tip: the cable end with the ball can be unscrewed (two small screws on each side), if you do this, you will be able to thread the cable through quite easily, without having to take everything else apart.

What is the maximum weight I can lift on the cables?

This unit comes with 2 x 90 kg stacks, and with 2:1 ratio you will effectively get a maximum load of 45kgs per hand (plus bands). Which is more than enough for all cable crossover exercises.

Can I do lat pulldowns?

You can either use individual handles or opt for an attachment which connects both pulleys together.
